The September 8 release focuses on practical improvements across the Business Portal. Teams now have more options for printing and collecting payment on invoices, more flexibility when working with families, and clearer reporting for the work happening each day.
The release also resolves several details that affect daily accuracy, including invoice footer wrapping, inventory deductions, refund visibility, and waiver requirements on recurring plans and punch passes.
Print, Format, and Collect Payment More Easily
Invoices and quotes now offer more consistent formatting and a faster print workflow. Invoice payment options have also been expanded for teams collecting payment in person.
Improved Invoice Footers
Invoice footers can now span the full available width. Totals and footer content are separated more clearly, and footer text wraps correctly.
One-Click Printing

More Invoice Payment Options
Invoices can now accept terminal payments, and card-on-file payments have been confirmed for the invoice workflow.
Payment PDF Delivery
The invoice payment PDF is now sent correctly after a payment has been completed.
Matching Improvements for Quotes

- Footers are now available on quotes and wrap correctly.
- Quotes can use the same ship-to or service-address option as invoices.
More Flexible Family Membership Workflows
Businesses that serve families can now manage and sell memberships with fewer workarounds.
- Change a membership between individual and family membership types from the Families area.
- Sell a membership directly to a family through the Virtual Terminal.
- Search by family in the Virtual Terminal when the business account has families associated with it.
