The September 29 release brings gift cards into the SIXPAC Business Portal. Businesses can create branded card designs, sell and redeem gift cards across multiple checkout experiences, process eligible refunds, and track balances and liabilities through dedicated reports.

This release also corrects the waiver status shown to unauthenticated users viewing recurring plans in MyStore.

Create Branded Gift Card Designs

Businesses can upload artwork to create gift card designs and customize the layout for each design.

  • Upload artwork for custom gift card designs.

  • Manage gift card settings designed to follow applicable federal and state regulations.
Sales and Redemption

Sell and Redeem Gift Cards Across SIXPAC

Gift cards now work across the key places where businesses sell and collect payments.

Gift Card Sales

  • Sell gift cards through Virtual Terminal.
  • Sell gift cards through MyStore.

Gift Card Redemption

  • Redeem gift cards for MyStore services.
  • Redeem gift cards through Virtual Terminal.
  • Redeem gift cards on invoices.
Management and Reporting

Refunds, Customer Access, and Dedicated Reports

  • Process gift card refunds when a gift card was used as full or partial payment in the original transaction.
  • Manage gift cards in customer portals and view them from the Business Customer page.
  • Review activity in the Gift Card Report.
  • Track outstanding balances in the Gift Card Liability Report.
Scheduling

Gift Cards for Events, Services, and Spaces

Gift cards can now be used for scheduled events, services, and spaces.

Important: The gift card must cover the full price of the event, service, or space being purchased.
Feature Update and Bug Fix

Clearer Waiver Status for Recurring Plans

MyStore recurring plans no longer show an erroneous "waiver on file" badge for unauthenticated users. The page now displays Waiver Required - Login to View.

Wrapping Up

This release adds a complete gift card workflow to SIXPAC, from branded designs and sales through redemption, refunds, customer access, and reporting.

It also gives unauthenticated MyStore users a more accurate view of waiver requirements on recurring plans.
