The October 14 Business Portal release includes feature updates and bug fixes for MyStore, documents, reports, and gift cards.
Customers gain an additional provider option when booking services, while businesses gain hosted PDF signing, more reporting periods, and gift card actions directly in the Gift Card Report.
MyStore
Updated Service Booking Flow
The MyStore service booking flow has been updated.
- An “Any Provider” option is now available for services with more than one provider.
Documents
Hosted E-Sign for PDF Documents
Hosted E-Sign is now available for PDF documents.
- Documents containing business variables will not be public, following the same behavior as Rich Text documents.
Reports
More Report Date Ranges
The applicable reports have been updated with additional reporting periods.
- Month-to-date (MTD), quarter-to-date (QTD), year-to-date (YTD), and Lifetime options are now available.
- Existing custom reports include these options without overriding the existing report.
Gift Cards
Assign and Resend Gift Cards From the Gift Card Report
- Use Assign Gift Card from the Gift Card Report when a gift card is issued outside Virtual Terminal (VT).
- Use Resend Gift Card directly from the Gift Card Report.
