New Feature

Introducing the Program Hub

The Program Hub helps you track and grow client progress: set goals, follow how each client is doing, keep clients motivated, and show clients and parents how far they have come.

Customize wording in your app and Marketplace to suit your business, and switch on only the parts you need.

  • Goals & Levels: Set goals and levels for each client using templates, checklists, habits, certificates, and a before-and-after photo journal.
  • Programs & Client Messaging: Give clients a program to follow and message them in the app.
  • Challenges & Badges: Use friendly challenges, badges, and rewards to keep clients coming back.
  • Assessments & Reports: Run grading or review days, record test scores, and send progress reports.
  • Timers & TV Screens: Run session timers and show them full screen on a TV on the gym floor.
  • Fitness Tracking: Track lifts and personal bests, body measurements, and nutrition, with Apple Health and Health Connect sync.
  • Belts & Ranks: Track belt ranks with stripes, with each client's rank shown on their profile and at check-in.
  • Kids' Classes: Rate a whole class at once and send report cards home to parents.
  • Leagues & Competitions: Run leagues, tournaments, and ladders with standings, brackets, and live scores.
  • Certifications & Licenses: Track certifications for clients and staff, with reminders before they expire.
  • Royalties & Fees: Work out what you owe an association or franchise.

The Program Hub Getting Started Guide is available in the Support portal.

New Feature

Lifetime Visits Tracker

See each customer's visit totals on their details page.

  • The Lifetime Visit Tracker supports retroactive visit tracking for existing SIXPAC customers.
  • The customer import template now includes a new field called Visits.
Business Portal

Payments and Filters in the Schedule

  • Take card-terminal payments for appointments, spaces, and event registrations directly from the schedule.
  • A new calendar filter shows or hides events, services, and spaces, and remembers your choice for Monthly, Weekly, Daily, and List Views.
Business Portal

Product Discount Controls and Discount Codes

  • Limit discounts to specific products, categories, or subcategories. A new product tree picker lets you select them; selecting a group includes every product in that group.
  • Discount codes now work for service bookings, space checkout, and the Virtual Terminal.
Business Portal

Recurring Plans and Billing

Recurring purchase prices now stay in sync when a plan's price is edited in the Virtual Terminal or on the customer's plan.

  • When a plan starts in the future, prorated charges wait until their scheduled date.
  • For a plan that starts in the future, registration fees and other upfront items are charged at setup.
  • For a plan that starts in the future, nothing is charged at setup if a flat tech fee is the only amount due.
  • Billing address is now optional when assigning a plan.
  • Registration-fee customer eligibility checks apply in storefront bookings, staff sales, and invoices.
  • Lifetime limits on membership use are enforced.
Business Portal

Sales, Tips, Payments, and Invoices

  • Send Quick Sales to a chosen deposit account.
  • Several split-tender tip and cash change calculations have been fixed.
  • Assign tips to any employee and split tips between multiple employees.
  • Payment Page orders now record tax as an amount and break out the discount separately.
  • Payment pages that are disabled, not yet open, or expired reject payments.
  • Duplicating an invoice now creates a clean one-off draft.
  • Item search in Safari no longer closes too early when you click away from the box.
Business Portal

Notifications for New Customer Activity

  • Businesses are now notified when a new customer organically signs up for a class, event, or service, or purchases a punch pass or membership, through MyStore or Marketplace.
Business Portal

Reporting, Payouts, and Discount Tracking

  • Inventory and sales reports now subtract refunded units.
  • Report dates and recurring schedules now use the business's time zone.
  • Edit the commission on a pending payout line in the Payout report.
  • PayLink submission history is kept even after deletion.
  • A Discount Usage/Tracking Report is available under Custom Reports.
Business Portal

Customer Tags and E-Sign Documents

  • Tag Manager supports custom tag order per area, and that order is used across all records. The customer profile's tag display has also been improved.
  • E-sign documents retain field sizes set in the editor. Drag fields to move or resize them, with text wrapping in signed PDFs now fixed.
Business Portal

MyStore Header and Receipt Times

  • A new persistent-header setting keeps the MyStore header showing.
  • Receipt times now use the business's time zone.
Support

Interactive Support Guides

  • Search for guides by keyword, then use each guide's click-through menu to navigate and find information faster.
  • New interactive HTML guides cover customers, invoicing, MyStore, reports, the Program Hub, and more.
Consumer Portal

Storefront, Checkout, and Public Documents

  • Product and category discounts are checked at checkout. Discount codes work for service and space bookings.
  • Registration-fee eligibility is checked when booking.
  • The recurring plan payment request page shows customers when their first payment is due. The tech fee is dropped when nothing is due upfront.
  • Marketplace checkout is blocked if the business stops being eligible after the cart was created.
  • Signing a public document now keeps fields at the right size and wraps text correctly.
