The July 14 release is about helping teams move faster in the places they already work: on mobile, in the calendar, inside MyStore, at the counter, and inside customer-facing invoices and quotes.
It adds a major mobile selling improvement and cleans up several day-to-day workflows that matter when your team is managing customers, classes, passes, memberships, and payments.
Quick Sale Is Now Available in the Mobile App
Quick Sale functionality is now available in the SIXPAC Mobile App through Virtual Terminal.
- Run Quick Sale transactions from the Mobile App.
- Support fast counter, front desk, and on-the-go sales workflows.
- Use the Mobile App for everything Quick Sale supports except ACH/check.
Why it matters: teams can complete more everyday sales from a mobile device without needing to move back to the desktop Business Portal for quick transactions.
Better Calendar Visibility for Recurring Classes, Events, and Services
The schedule now gives teams more context directly from the calendar view, especially when working with recurring classes, events, and services.
Recurring visibility from calendar view
Teams can now see which classes, events, and services are set as recurring from within the calendar.
Recurrence details inside the item
When clicking into a class, event, or service, the portal can show that it is recurring and when it recurs.
Registered counts
Calendar view can show the number of registered customers for a class, event, or service.
Attended counts
Calendar view can also show attended counts, helping teams understand activity without digging into another screen.
Pass and Membership Controls for MyStore Registration
MyStore now has better support for classes and events that should be tied to an active punch pass or membership.
- Classes and events can auto-apply a punch pass or membership when designated in Settings.
- If a customer is not logged in, MyStore can guide them toward the right next step.
- If a customer does not have an active pass or membership, MyStore can link them to purchase one.
- Businesses can hide pricing on MyStore for punch pass and membership items when needed.
This is especially useful for member-only classes, package-based access, punch-pass programs, and businesses that want customers to purchase the right access before registration.
Category Mode Now Shows All Items in Their Categories
Virtual Terminal Category Mode has been improved so teams can see all items within their respective categories instead of working through a dropdown.
- View category items more directly inside Virtual Terminal.
- Reduce extra clicks when finding the right item.
- Make category-based sales workflows easier for counter, front desk, and service teams.
Rich Text Notes for Invoices and Quotes
Invoices and quotes now support richer note formatting, giving businesses more control over how customer-facing notes appear.
Rich text invoice notes
Add more polished notes to invoices when extra context, instructions, or terms need to be included.
Rich text quote notes
Use formatted quote notes to make estimates and proposals clearer for customers.
PDF support
Rich text notes apply when invoices and quotes are generated as PDFs.
Email and view support
The formatting also applies in email and view experiences for a more consistent customer presentation.
Wrapping Up
This release strengthens everyday workflows across mobile sales, calendar management, MyStore access controls, Virtual Terminal selling, and invoice and quote presentation.
The theme is simple: fewer clicks, clearer context, and more ways for teams to keep customer-facing operations organized inside SIXPAC.
