Reusable Invoice Footers

Save Rich-Text Footers and Select Them Per Invoice

Settings → Invoice Settings → Footers

Businesses can now create and save multiple invoice footers using rich-text formatting, then select the appropriate footer for each invoice.

  • Create multiple saved footers for different invoice needs.
  • Use rich-text formatting to make footer details easier to read.
  • Select a footer on an invoice-by-invoice basis.
  • Append the selected footer after the invoice notes.

This makes it easier to reuse terms, payment instructions, service details, or other supporting information while keeping each invoice relevant to the customer receiving it.
