Today’s video is about form, when I look around the gym I see some form that is very questionable. Now I am far from form police, I’m not the type to be like oh you’ve got to do this perfect, however sometimes
it is actually dangerous; you see someone using form where they’re gonna injure themselves. This video is for beginners; I’ll show you the basics of good form and common mistakes from five exercises.
